In most cases I've seen, the control module is the likely suspect when the steps start functioning intermittently. The correct replacement module for your 909506000 is part # LC379606. We have confirmed this with Lippert on a few different occasions. If you want to, you can to test the control module, but you will first need to obtain the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Tester part # LC379416. Once you have this then you can use the attached photos to test the control module.

We have the SumoSprings # SSF-280-47 that will fit the front of your 2005 Coachmen Aurora if you have the Workhorse chassis. We also have the Rear # SSR-280-54-1 for the same chassis if you need them as well. If your Aurora was built on a different chassis than the Workhorse W22 please let me know so I can verify the correct parts. It doesn't look like the pictures came through, however, if you have the step series 22, 23, 27, 28A, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, and 40, with the "A" linkage, you can use the Replacement Gear Box and A Linkage for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC379160 and the motor # LC379608, as a replacement.

There could possibly be a refrigerant leak in your condenser unit so swapping it out would be the correct choice. The Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR82PV would be compatible, but you could possibly save a couple bucks if the wire harness adapter isn't needed. If you remove the cover on your air distribution box you should be able to see your controller and see a wire harness hanging down from the condenser, plugging into the controller.
